As part of its recruitment procedure, Teyliom Properties CI informs you of the recruitment of an Architect (M/F) according to the following terms and conditions:

MISSIONS :

The main tasks of the Architect, under the supervision of the company’s Technical Director, will be as follows:

DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Architectural design (floor plan, interior design, etc.) of real estate projects in accordance with briefs defined by management;
• Supervise projects by studying and promoting the most appropriate creative choices in light of the project’s administrative, technical, functional and commercial constraints;
• Participate in the coordination of feasibility studies in conjunction with design offices: site surveys, ambience studies, dimensioning of volumes and their layout, preparation of estimates and quotations;
• Participate in the administrative procedures required to launch projects (building permit applications, obtaining permits, etc.);
• Produce visual elements required by construction teams: plans, sketches, three-dimensional models, videos or virtual models.

PROJECT COORDINATION

• Participate in invitations to tender and selection of contractors.
  Participate in the planning of the general programming of the project from its upstream phase to delivery: preparation of the technical file (CCTP, etc.),phasing of work (delivery of lots, etc.);
• Ensure compliance with the execution plan, quality (of the work) and safety (conditions of construction);
• Participate in the acceptance of work and audit the quality of work (identification of construction defects, non-conformities, etc.) with a view to expressing reservations if necessary.

PROFILE SOUGHT

• The profile sought should have the following main qualities:
• At least 05 years’ experience in an architectural firm in a similar position;
  Degree in architecture.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Perfect command of CAD/CAM tools and software applied to the construction and architecture sector (Autocad, Archicad, 3D studio max, etc.);
• Mastery of technical and aesthetic drawing rules (sectional plans, urban plans);
• Good knowledge of normative and regulatory environments applied to construction and urban planning;
• Fluency in French and English.

QUALITIES REQUIRED

• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Strong imagination and ability to think and create in three dimensions;
• Good visual perception and attention to detail.
