Job Description:

Bridge MicroFinance (BMF) is recruiting a customer advisor.

Reporting to the branch manager, your mission is to welcome, inform, detect needs, advise and guide customers. In addition, you will be responsible for converting prospects into customers, with the aim of growing the institution’s customer portfolio.

 

Responsibility

  • Welcome, inform, detect needs, advise and guide prospects and customers;
  • Listen to and provide personalized advice to prospects and customers;
  • Prospect for potential new customers;
  • Assist customers, if necessary, in carrying out day-to-day operations;
  • Sale of financial products;
  • Open customer accounts;
  • Carry out loan releases in the system in accordance with credit committee decisions;
  • Edit and finalize customer contract signature procedures;
  • Manage files (credit, insurance, investments);
  • Perform administrative tasks related to branch management (mail, checks, etc.);
  • Participate in out-of-court collections;
  • Competitive intelligence.

Education and experience

BAC+2 or higher in Accounting, Finance, Sales Management, Marketing or equivalent, with at least one (01) year’s experience in a similar position.
