IT OPERATIONS OFFICER (Bridge Bank Group CI)

Under the responsibility of the Head of the Development and Operation of Information Systems Division, the position of IT Operations Manager will have the following characteristics

MISSION :

• Carry out computer work and return the results of the production within the required deadlines;
• Manage operating incidents (diagnosis, intervention, alert);
• Ensure the maintenance of 1st level troubleshooting applications;
• Contribute to the physical and electronic security of the IT site;
• Maintain the general conditions of computer production.

PROFILE :

• BAC + 2 in Computer Science;
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT operations department in banking, telecom, insurance or microfinance and have already worked in IT operations on a banking ERP.

DESIRED KNOLEDGE AND SKILLS :

• Knowledge of banking products and services;
• Knowledge of databases (ORACLE, SQL, Server, POSTGRE SQL…);
• Knowledge of SQL language (T.SQL/PLSQL…) ;
• Knowledge of Shell (SH, KSH…) ;
• Knowledge of operating systems (UNIX, LINUX, WINDOWS…) ;
• Knowledge of application development;
• Knowledge of Core Banking Orion and/or T24 would be an asset
• Reactivity and flexibility;
• Ability to adapt to technological changes;
• Active listening and open-mindedness;
• Ability to organize and plan;
