Job Description:

Bridge Bank Group Cote d’Ivoire is looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the position of Head of Marketing and Communications Department.

Main tasks :

As Head of the Marketing and Communications Department, you will be responsible for implementing our company’s global marketing and communications strategy in order to maintain its positioning, visual identity and reputation in the sector. You will be responsible for immediate coverage of two (2) countries, with a medium-term extension to two other countries in the West African sub-region.

You will oversee all marketing and communications activities, including competitive intelligence, product campaigns, corporate campaigns, customer satisfaction surveys, public relations, events, social media.

We’re looking for someone who is dynamic, creative, keen on digital marketing, and able to generate new ideas and implement them efficiently.

You’ll need to be able to develop effective marketing and communications strategies to promote our products and services, and to ensure that our establishment is well known.

 

Main Activities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans to achieve our business objectives;
  • Define and coordinate the coherence of external and internal communication programs according to strategic positioning in order to guarantee the bank’s reputation, image and visual identity;
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the marketing and communications, and customer experience teams;
  • Manage the marketing and communications budget;
  • Monitor competitors’ corporate communications campaigns, products, services and loyalty programs;
  • Analyze the results of marketing and communication campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in our marketing messages and strategies;
  • Monitor market trends and propose innovations to remain competitive;
  • Initiate and lead the follow-up of satisfaction surveys for different customer segments in coordination.

 

Profile required:

BAC+4/5 in marketing, communications or a related field

At least 5 years’ professional experience in similar positions, in a multicultural (multi-country) group, preferably in the banking sector:

  • Strong team management and coordination skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and communications strategies;
  • Creativity and ability to innovate;
  • Excellent command of digital tools and social media;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English;
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services.
