Job Description:

As part of its recruitment procedure, Teyliom Properties CI informs you of the recruitment of an Office Manager (M/F) according to the following terms and conditions:

 

MISSIONS :

The main duties of the Office Manager, under the supervision of the General Manager of the company, will be as follows:

Inventory management:

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of brochures, forms, marketing materials and other documents required for the showroom;
  • Place orders with suppliers to ensure regular supply and avoid stock-outs.

Supplies management:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment and materials required for the smooth running of the showroom;
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory and place orders in a timely manner to avoid interruptions to showroom activities.

Cleanliness management:

  • Establish a regular cleaning plan for the showroom, coordinating cleaning teams and carrying out regular checks to ensure cleanliness of the premises;
  • Respond promptly to any problems or defects identified and coordinate general maintenance work ;

 

Administrative organization:

  • Ensure efficient coordination of administrative tasks, including correspondence and mail ;
  • Plan internal meetings, maintain documents and files, and provide administrative support to the team.

 

General showroom coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth communication and optimum coordination between the various showroom stakeholders;
    Participate in the organization of special events and supervise the layout of exhibition areas;
  • Ensure, in coordination with the relevant service providers, the maintenance and upkeep of showroom equipment (air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, screens, etc.).
  • Supervise site security operations in coordination with the security company.

 

PROFILE SOUGHT

The profile sought should have the following main qualities:

  • Higher education diploma or BTS in Administration / Business Management, or equivalent;
  • At least 03 years’ experience in a similar position;
    Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ;
  • Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment;
  • Computer literate and proficient in administrative management software;
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry.

 

QUALITIES REQUIRED :

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
    Ability to work independently and take initiative;
    Attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
