Job Description:

Ensures the smooth operation of hotel facilities in compliance with department, hotel and company standards and guidelines.


Ensures the smooth operation of the hotel’s various facilities.
Implements preventive maintenance
Contributes to the maintenance and technical evolution of the product
Contributes to cost optimization
Responds to technical requests from various departments
Ensures the safety of goods and people
Leads the technical team and ensures a good working atmosphere
Ensures compliance with labor legislation in his/her department.



Sales :

  • Prepares and leads negotiations with key accounts
  • Stimulate and monitor contracts and sales initiatives
  • Develops customer loyalty and new business
  • Attend trade shows
  • Coordinates actions with the Marketing department
  • Develops group synergy
  • Ensures communication of information
  • Promotes the hotel’s reputation by meeting with key partners and attending major events.


Technical :

  • Analyze competition and markets
  • Contributes to pricing strategy in conjunction with the Revenue Manager, and monitors negotiation margins
  • Defines sales objectives
  • Define actions
  • Creates sales documents
  • Take care of marketing new products (packages, promotions, etc.)
  • Produce activity reports (results, statistical follow-up, assessment, corrective actions).
  • Actively manages databases.


Management :

  • Defines, argues and monitors sales and expense budgets
  • Analyzes variances and defines corrective actions
  • Ensures reporting
  • Forecasts and controls mission expenses
  • Manages department budget.

Human resources:

  • Recruits teams in collaboration with the HR department
  • Monitors the integration of new employees
  • Sets objectives with sales staff (areas of intervention, objectives, actions).
  • Monitors salespeople’s activities and results
  • Organizes work and communication meetings with colleagues
  • Participates in drawing up and implementing training plans for his/her department
  • Pass on technical know-how to teams
  • Conducts annual appraisal interviews
  • Ensures the motivation of his/her staff and monitors their development and evolution.
