Job Description:

Ensures the proper functioning of the various facilities of the estate, implements preventive maintenance, contributes to the maintenance and technical evolution of the products, contributes to the optimization of costs, leads the technical team and ensures the creation of a good working atmosphere, ensures compliance with the labor legislation in his department.

MISSIONS

COMMERCIAL

Ensures the safety and comfort of customers by maintaining the facilities in good condition Responds as quickly as possible to customer and service requests Anticipates and manages nuisances

Ensures the cleanliness of the work area during the execution of the work Technically assists the customers

TECHNICAL

Organizes the maintenance of the installations Applies the maintenance policy Ensures curative maintenance

Develops and follows a preventive maintenance plan Controls the execution of maintenance work Ensures compliance with fire safety legislation Controls compliance with safety regulations

Defines and follows standards and work procedures Organizes the updating of documentation and plans Receives work that has been the subject of investments

MANAGE THE TEAM

Organizes, leads, mobilizes and coordinates the agency’s employees Develops the motivation of its teams

Defines the necessary resources, according to the budgets, for the development of its direction: provisional plan of hiring, replacements, assessment of competences, management of the CP, annual maintenance, plan of formation

Sets the various objectives, monitors them and ensures their achievement

Prepares and leads periodic meetings with operational managers, communicates objectives and achievements to his/her teams

Relays the Group’s and Company’s communication to its teams Unites the teams with the company’s policy

MANAGEMENT

The Technical Director is in charge of implementing the sales and marketing strategy in order to increase profitability

Applies the directives relating to the promotion of the services offered by the company to the clientele prospected by the Sales Manager.

 

SKILLS

KNOWLEDGE

  • Academic background: Engineer
  • Training or experience in management
  • At least 10 years of experience in the business service sector, preferably in a similar position in real estate/commercial property, facility management
  • Know and respond quickly to the needs of a clientele,
  • Be up to date with technical developments, master the legislation and fire safety regulations Know how to adapt, listen, innovate, negotiate, manage work relations, anticipate, analyze
  • Know how to establish and follow a budget, know how to manage expenses and generate savings
  • Be a good listener, available, creative, firm if necessary Master the Windows environment, know how to manage a BMS
  • Master French and have a knowledge of English

 

KNOWLEDGE OF BEING

  • Quality in oral expression, leadership and relational ease, ability to move forward – sense of action, organization of work,
  • Communication – Relaying information – Federating Being a force of proposal,
