Reporting to the Quality Auditor, the Assistant will be responsible for:
- Helping to coordinate TGCI’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Helping to manage QMS documentation (drafting, updating, distributing, and archiving)
- Assist in the collection and analysis of quality indicators
- Execute the quality control plan/checklist
- Assist in the preparation of monthly quality reports for the Group’s Audit and Quality Department
- Participate in the implementation of the Quality & HACCP program at the Group’s subsidiaries
- Provide technical support to subsidiaries on quality-related matters
DESIRED PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree (3 years of higher education) from a Grande École or university with a focus on QHSE
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in the holding company and/or hospitality sector
- Proven experience in implementing a QMS that has resulted in certification
- Proven experience in conducting quality audit and/or internal control assignments
- Plus (Not required): Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor, and QHSE Trainer certifications
