Teyliom Telecom is not only investing in mobile technology, but also in new communication and data transmission tools (WiMAX / CDMA) which are deeply rooted in the group’s culture and have successfully launched brands in the West African telecommunication sector; Teyliom Telecom currently owns 7% of MTN Côte d’Ivoire.
Through other subsidiaries participating in the holding company, Teyliom Global Capital, the Teyliom Group also owns 33% of PCCI (Premium Contact Center International), which is the leading call centre in sub-Saharan Africa with more than 2,000 employees spread over 3 production sites: Dakar (Senegal), Abidjan (Ivory Coast) and Douala (Cameroon). Created in September 2001, PCCI provides Customer Service for major African and European companies in the telecommunications, telesales, media, retail and insurance sectors, etc.
